1. Do I need to be fit or experienced to start MMA or BJJ?

No. Most people start with zero experience and average fitness. Classes are structured so beginners can learn safely and progress at their own pace.

2. What should I wear to my first MMA or BJJ class?

Comfortable athletic clothing with no zips or pockets, plus a water bottle. If you don’t have proper gear yet, we’ll guide you.

3. Will I have to spar or fight on my first training day?

No. Your first class focuses on learning fundamentals and movement. Sparring only happens when you’re ready and comfortable.

4. What time should I arrive for my first class?
